Last year, I completed my first auto-fictional story, which eventually became a sort of synopsis for a future novel. I’m starting to work on it from my hometown Qostanay, where the main action will unfold according to the plot. The central character of the book will be a boy growing up in the 1980s-1990s in a closed military area in the north of Kazakhstan.
