AWAY
November 17, 2023 — January 30, 2024
Atelierfrankfurt, Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Curators: Mañana Bold
The exhibition AWAY will bring together installations, photographic works, and videos by three artists: Consuelo Arévalo, Maxi Lorenz, and Anastasia Bogomolova. In their projects, human bodies and materialities charged with content are concentrated on them: the clash of natural influences and cultural overformation, the overcoming of political as well as personal boundaries, the fragility of moments of the emergence of forms, attitudes, identities, which as transitions always also entail aspects of separation.
The exhibition will feature two of my videos — “Decision altitude” and “Relative wind”.
