At the Malt AIR, my research work covered not only the study of a specific topic — the environmental history of the common broom (Cytisus scoparius), — but also the search for a new authentic material for my practice (paper of my own production) and approach to use it (creating of a prototype sculpture). An essay “Peace in the Field” was also one of the outcomes of the research work in the residency. It’s published separately on this page.
